Today marks the beginning of my last month as a twenty-year-old. Summer is in full swing and I already have a month at my internship under my belt. It’s a little hard to believe how quickly June snuck up on me. Between the blog, Markley Prescott and a full-time internship it seems like 24 hours in a day just isn’t enough! I haven’t shared a Weekly Skinny in a few weeks and there is a lot to catch you up to speed on. The Society - Once Game of Thrones ended (no spoilers, but I
Goodbye January and yellow February. February is one of my favorite months because it's the last few weeks of winter, but I can appropriately shop for pre-spring clothing. I am already making Pinterest boards full of pastels and baby animals. With February comes a ridiculously busy schedule, something I'm not looking forward to, but with busy days come the potential for incredible reward. Today I'm sharing my February wishlist which shares not only Ugg boots but a swimsuit th
This week has been endless, I swear. There are only two days until Thanksgiving break and I can assure you, I'm counting down the hours. I have really enjoyed this semester so far but a little time at home is much needed. I'm so looking forward to being with my family again, especially seeing my oldest sister, Leslie. All the Smith sisters haven't been together since July and it was for four hours. Other than that, I think the last time we all saw each other was in March (?).
My family always talks about taking a family photo but we never do. The only real family picture we all gave is from my sister, Leslie's, college graduation last spring. A random man in the crowd snapped a quick picture for us, and that was it -- the only family picture we have. Now that Leslie has graduated and moved to Texas, we are never all together. This week, she joined us for our beach trip and we all got to spend a whole ~four hours~ together before Lisa had to leave

I love the Vineyard Vines brand because the brand was created on such wholesome ideas and the story behind the creating of the event is truly inspiring. Vineyard Vines is a go-to brand for me, especially during the summertime. The entire summer line is extremely soft and comfy. It's perfect for sailing, walking on the beach, going on adventures, and soaking up the sunshi
I rave about Shep Shirts from Vineyard Vines all the time because honestly, they're amazing! I have four and plan on adding a 5th one soon. I wear them four seasons, all year long, because they work so well with any outfit. I'll style this same Shep in winter with Bean Boots and a vest but in early summer is looks just a great with a pair of white jeans and Jack Rogers. If you don't have a Shep Shirt from Vineyard Vines, I would highly suggest saving the money to purchase one
